Nona Jones: From Social Media to Social Ministry
Nona Jones, Head of Global Faith-Based Partnerships at Facebook, joined us at the Premier Digital Conference 2019. In her session, she explained how to leverage Facebook as a tool for ministry. As physical church attendance declines around the world, social technology is emerging as a new way to connect people through their faith.
Nona Jones is a rare combination of preacher, author, business executive, entrepreneur, media personality and worship leader. In her day job at Facebook, she leads the company's work with faith-based organisations around the world. She is also CEO of eChurch Partners and leads Open Door Ministries in Gainesville, FL with her husband, Pastor Tim.
Nona’s new novel, ‘Success from the Inside Out’, is out in the UK on 20th February 2020. It takes you through her story of success after a childhood filled with physical and sexual abuse between the ages of 5 and 11, and gives insights on claiming victory along with a lot more.
