Dr Elizabeth McNaught is Medical Director of Family Mental Wealth and author of 'Life Hurts: a doctor's personal journey through anorexia'.


Why are you passionate about digital?

Because, properly managed and accessed, it can provide evidence-based clinically-sound information which can facilitate pro-active self-care for mild to moderate mental health conditions.


Name a hero of yours and why?

Professor Janet Treasure. She is globally recognised as a leading authority on eating disorders, and yet she makes so much of her time available to individuals - especially encouraging the next generation of researchers and clinicians.


What can people expect from your session?

Some insight into the dangers of digital communication for people's mental health, and some inspiration on how digital can be used positively to build people's mental health and wellbeing.


What most excites you about #PremDAC19?

The wide range of experts coming together with a common goal to see digital used for good.
